Frabosa Soprana
Description
Frabosa Soprana is the most historic of Mondole Ski’s three linked sectors, with roots as a mountain resort dating back to the late 19th century. Unlike the purpose-built Artesina and Prato Nevoso, it retains the character of a genuine Alpine village, with Occitan traditions such as the “Kye” carnival. It is also home to the Grotta del Caudano, a karst cave open to visitors, offering an attraction beyond skiing.

Snow Reliability
Snow conditions around Frabosa Soprana can be less reliable as it is the lowest of Mondole Ski’s three sectors. In thinner snow years, you may need to drive to higher-altitude Prato Nevoso or Artesina, where snow is generally more reliable.
